Welcome to Securing Profit Training (the "Service"). By purchasing any of our digital training tiers or accessing the Learning Hub (the "Portal"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

2. Digital Access Tiers & Subscriptions

Access Duration: Purchasing the 3-Month Access option grants entry for 90 days. Essential, Core, and Mastery packages grant access for exactly one calendar year (12 months) from the date of purchase.

Live Components (Mastery Only): The six 90-minute live Zoom sessions must be attended or utilized within the active 12-month period. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled individually.
3. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Account Sharing

Single-User License: Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for a single user (or a single designated employee pool, if corporate seats were explicitly purchased).

Anti-Sharing Restriction: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your portal login credentials, video streams, or library download links with external third parties or un-licensed entities.

Streaming Only: All video training material is streamed on an online-only basis. Attempting to rip, record, scrape, download, or redistribute our video content using third-party software will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund, and we reserve the right to seek damages under UK and US copyright law.

Permitted Use of Library Documents: You are permitted to download, customize, and print the forms, checklists, and templates exclusively for internal use within your own business operations. You may not resell or publicly redistribute these templates.
4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Payment Terms: All fees (£99, £499, £799, £1,499) are charged in full at checkout unless an explicit installment plan is selected.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of the asset vault, all sales are final upon login to the student portal. If you have not logged in, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase under UK Consumer Rights frameworks (where applicable to sole traders) or standard US digital goods policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the UK and US, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or inventory losses resulting from your implementation of the course strategies. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the course.
