This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you purchase our online digital training levels, access The Vault (our student dashboard), or participate in our live Zoom coaching sessions. Host and record live Zoom interactive sessions (Mastery tier) to provide playback capabilities to eligible participants.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your information only with trusted service providers necessary to run our training program:

Learning Management Systems (LMS): To host and serve the non-downloadable videos and digital file vaults.
Zoom Video Communications, Inc.: To securely host our live video deep-dives and process associated audio/visual interactions.
Payment Gateways: To securely process international checkout transactions.
Analytics Providers: To evaluate portal traffic and technical performance.

All third-party partners are strictly bound by data processing agreements to keep your data confidential, safe, and legally compliant with cross-border transfer laws.

4. International Data Transfers (UK and US Compliance)

Because we serve corporate clients and students in both the United Kingdom and the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country outside of where you live. When transferring UK user data to US-based servers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place—such as using UK Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or relying on partners certified under the Data Privacy Framework—to guarantee your data receives an equivalent level of legal protection.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal account data for as long as your training license is active (3 months or 12 months depending on the tier). Following license expiration, we retain basic financial transaction history and account profiles for up to 6 years to satisfy local corporate tax audit laws in the UK (HMRC) and US (IRS).

Live Zoom recordings captured during the Mastery Level are stored securely and deleted within 90 days of the cohort's conclusion.
