What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  • Added closed captioning to all video modules within our digital training tiers.

  • Optimised the document vault to ensure all downloadable forms, checklists, and templates are screen-reader accessible.

  • Enforced high text contrast and clear font styling across all member dashboard layouts to assist visually impaired users.

Declaration of Partial Compliance with the Standard Due to Third-Party Content

The accessibility of certain pages on the site depend on contents that do not belong to the organization, and instead belong to Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (for live coaching interactive infrastructure) and our third-party digital learning portal software.

The following pages are affected by this:

  • Course Portal Login Page: [Insert your login URL, e.g., ://securingprofit.com]

  • Mastery Live Webinar Links: [Insert URL of your Zoom room page or the portal page containing the Zoom integration]

  • Checkout & Billing Pages: [Insert your pricing/checkout URLs]

We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these pages. While these third-party platforms actively maintain their own accessibility roadmaps, we cannot control their software updates or baseline platform structures.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact us through the organization's accessibility coordinator:

  • Name of the accessibility coordinator: Securing Profit Support Team

  • Telephone number of the accessibility coordinator: [Insert Business Phone Number, or remove this line if you only offer email support]

  • Email address of the accessibility coordinator: support@[yourdomain].com

  • Additional contact details: Alternatively, you can submit an urgent assistance request directly through the help widget located in the bottom-right corner of The Vault student dashboard.
